Week 2: Body Wisdom & Movement

Reconnect with your body's innate knowing through gentle movement practices. Release the patterns of tension and hypervigilance held in your system. Learn to listen to what your body truly needs instead of pushing through exhaustion.

Week 3: The Power of Breath

Use conscious connected breathwork to access the deeper layers of early conditioning. Release what no longer serves whilst staying grounded in your body. Experience the profound shift that happens when you stop holding your breath through life and receive the expansion that breath brings in each moment.

Week 4: Sound & Voice

Own your authentic Yes' and No's without the familiar guilt or apology. Learn to express your needs clearly and directly. Use your voice as a tool for transformation - moving from the helper who whispers their needs to someone who speaks with confidence.

Week 5: Ancestral Patterns & Inner Child

Understand the inherited patterns of self-sacrifice that may go back generations. Reconnect with the young parts of you that learned to earn love and safety through helping others. Break these cycles whilst honouring the gifts they've given you.

Week 6: Claiming Your Clarity & Power

Step into your authentic power without the familiar guilt or fear of being "too much." Create boundaries that feel natural rather than forced. Anchor this transformation so it becomes your new normal, not something you have to work at.

For so many years, I've been where you are. The helper who struggled to be helped. The carer who forgot to care for herself.

My own journey from stage 3+ cancer (with a 20% survival rate) back to vibrant health took me on a deeper dive than I could have imagined into honouring myself and my needs in each moment. I want to share the gentle integration of psychology, breathwork, and energy work that supported my transformation to support you to reclaim your balance.

My qualifications:

• Doctor of Clinical Psychology, University of Hertfordshire
• 20 years in mental health and social care
• Specialist training in Energy Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Conscious Connected Breathwork
• Personal experience of transformation through cancer
