Be in Your Body (4-day practice) offers 20 minutes each morning to reconnect with your body's natural wisdom.
We'll begin with grounding and energy clearing for embodied attunement, move into gentle shaking and unwinding movements to music, inspired by Myofascial Energetic Release, and close with free movement and restorative stillness.
Monday - Thursday, 7:30-7:50am.Ā Join for one session or all four.
A supportive space for conscious therapists to release what no longer serves and return home to their bodies.
