This isn't a webinar where you sit and take notes. It's spacious and alive - more connection, more embodied spirituality, less heaviness.

- Be in our bodies in stillness and in movement
- Notice where we've been overriding ourselves
- Practice receiving without conditions
- Reconnect with the wisdom that's always been within

About Dr Coral Westaway
I understand what it's like to give profound care whilst struggling to receive it yourself.
My own journey from stage 3+ cancer (with a 20% survival rate) back to vibrant health took me deeper than I could have imagined into honouring myself and my needs in each moment. The gentle integration of psychology, breathwork, and energy work that supported my transformation is what I now offer to you.
My qualifications:
- Doctor of Clinical Psychology, University of Hertfordshire
- 20 years in mental health and social care
- Specialist training in Energy Psychotherapy, IFS and Conscious Connected Breathwork
- Personal experience of transformation through cancer
